Returns & Refunds

2. Our team will promptly provide you with return instructions.
3. Follow the provided instructions to complete the return process.
If you are not satisfied with the products received, you can return them to us within 30 days of receipt. To receive a full refund, it is important that the product is returned in its original condition and undamaged.
Customers bear the responsibility for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of an error on our part or if the product is found to be defective/wrong item.
Returns are processed within seven working days after they reach us. Your money will then be refunded within a few days via the payment method you used.
