We hope you love our products as much as we do. If for some reason you are still not satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return the product within 30 days. The 30-day cooling-off period starts when you receive your order.

1. Send us an email at info@joylinen.com with the reason why you want to return and which products you want to return or exchange. Our team will then send you the return form.
2. Fill in the return form. Clearly fill in which product you want to exchange or return in order to get a refund.
3. Send your package back to us within 30 days of receipt using a carrier of your choice. We are not responsible for the cost of returning the items.
4. Upon receipt at our warehouse, we will process your return within 10 working days. Our customer service will keep you informed via e-mail.
